Zinc Shaft Anodes For Boats

Also known as the propeller shaft, the shaft is a vital part of your vessel as it connects your boat's engine to the propeller. As the shaft is underwater, it's prone to galvanic corrosion, which is why you'll need a shaft anode to keep it protected.

Zinc is our most popular choice for shaft anodes, owing to zinc anodes density and structural composition that enables the alloy to offer far superior impact strength in comparison with aluminium shaft anodes and magnesium shaft anodes.

Our leading range of zinc shaft anodes include zinc shaft collar anodes, which work in the same way as a regular shaft anode, but are typically located near the propeller of your vessel. If you are specifically looking for a shaft collar anode, we also sell them in magnesium and aluminium
